As a sealant Selleys 3 in 1 will dry at a rate of about 2mm per day. The total dry time is dependent on the thickness of the product. You will however be able to splash it water once the skin is thick enough (usually within 24 hours). As an adhesive you will have initial cure within 24 hours and full cure after about 3 days again depending on the thickness of the bead and weather condition.
