Is Super Strength Araldite toxic when cured?

The spout of a metal coffee pot has snapped off. Araldite has joined the pieces nicely together but is the jug still safe to use for hot water for tea or coffee? The Araldite will be in contact with the water when it is poured out.

We would not recommend using the tea pot for warm or hot liquids if you have used Araldite. Whilst Araldite will provide a strong repair these adhesives will start to soften with temperatures above 60 or 70 degrees C. If the teapot has sentimental value we suggest to keep it as a show piece but not to use it for hot liquids.
